One can never get bored in education because as positive relationships are built in an educational setting within and beyond the classroom, educators are not only providing children with the knowledge, tools and sense of empowerment to change the world to the better, but are also gaining first hand exposure to the new generation’s perspectives about the future. Education keeps one young at heart and provides an opportunity for continuous growth.

"For me, a school is a place where research, community, passion, creativity, knowledge, and innovation come together to create a bridge between the past, present and future. The powerful interactions that I get to experience with the children, such as to inspire them to reach their goals and motivate them to be successful life-long learners, has a lasting impact on their future and provides me with purpose. As educators, we embark on a never-ending professional development journey, with us growing parallel with the students. Education offers the rewarding opportunity to contribute, even if in a small way, to maximize the probabilities of success for the numerous children that go through our classroom; to make a difference at educational and at a personal level. The beauty of education is that, as an educator, we have in our hands the opportunity to contribute to build a better future, one child at a time, one lesson at a time. A child who remembers us after they finish their education is the best reward a teacher can have! It means we made a difference.

"Modern education allows both students and teachers to constantly improve and acquire their knowledge. The notion of limits is therefore essentially eliminated from any academic institution as every member of the class teaches and learns simultaneously. Yet, one of the field's most valuable aspect is its ability to stimulate curiosity. Efficient teaching implies diverse objectives, one of them being the ability to dominate the art of asking questions. A learner aims to reproduce independently and correctly what is taught in school, throughout that process, the teacher should help his pupils to develop the initiative to commit errors and take certain risks. Eventually, each member should attempt to gradually overcome fear and shyness permitting them to understand in depth any given topic. By doing so, they shall learn to relate diverse academic themes with the reality of their current society and progressively establish an intimacy between their academic knowledge and social experience. As a result, the utility, importance and utter relevance of each subjects to the student's environment ensures that he/she will critically search for clarifications and tailor their questions to their personal interests."

Somebody said “People may forget what you say or do, but they won’t forget how you make them feel”. It is a privilege to be a music teacher because there is no single song that leaves you indifferent. No matter how your day is being or what happened before, it can change. For me, education is understood as a significative learning connected to our emotions, able to reach our hearts and our minds.
