From the 24-28th of June, three teams from #Dunecrest participated in the #WorldScholarsCup Dubai Global Round. The teams previously participated in a regional round back in March. Teams earned points by competing in debates, collaborative writing, scholars challenge and scholars bowl; all based on this year's chosen topic "World Renewed." The Global Round also held multiple events for teams to meet and work with #scholars visiting from different countries. All three teams have qualified for the Tournament of Champions to be held at Yale University in November. The Dunecrest World Scholars Cup group is extremely proud and excited to expand our delegation beginning next school year.
